Happy Birthday to Scott and Rick...

The weekend of the 24Th was both my Father's bday and Matt's father's bday! Here are a couple of pics of the Bees game that Jesse, my father and I went to. Let me just add it was hotter then hell and we switched our 3rd row baseline tickets for the very top section in the shade, lol! It was so hot out that we all stood up (really when I stood up) and had sweat marks on our shorts from sitting in the plastic seats. It was really nice to have one more family moment to go through before both Jesse and I leave Tooele. Baseball is something special we all share and I'm excited for both Jesse and my dad to come down to vist and watch the MLB games with me!
ONE MONTH TILL THE MOVE!

"I'm on a boat!"...

With the summer winding down we took our trip to Jackson Hole to ride the river. Matt had never been river rafting before so it was a real treat this time up. Jesse and myself have been going since we were old enough to sit in the rack so it was pretty funny to watch Matt's face as we rolled through the water and the shock that set in when he was brave enough to jump in. To make the story short Matthew found out you can't out swim the current, lol. Here are some pics of our camp! ALMOST ONE MONTH TILL AZ!

Happy 4th...

The fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays, I mean what could be better then parades with free flying candy and huge fireworks exploding above your head?! Independence day is bar none a family tradition with my dad. Each year we sit in the same area (under the pine trees at the old hospital) watching the parade and the amazing people that go to it, lol. Then after we head to the park for our mini high school reunion and eat our pulled pork sandwiches, then later in the afternoon we eat dinner at gma Mary's house. Well since this glorious day was held on a Sunday this year our strict schedule was mixed up a bit. Saturday we watched the parade, went to the park and then later that night Matt rained on my parade by taking us to Bridger and Miss's house to watch the UFC fights (yes I am a little bitter about missing my beloved fireworks!). To get back on track Sunday we headed to Mary's for our dinner and then had a lil firework show of our own at home.
